According to Foresight News, Layer N, a L2 blockchain for financial applications, tweeted that it has launched the testnet V1.2 version.
Foresight News previously reported that Layer N has launched the first phase of the public testnet, and users and developers can now use live and fully deployed instances of NordVM. NordVM is the first XVM instance on Layer N, with low latency, high throughput, and low transaction fees.
