PANews reported on June 22 that documents released on Twitter by Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas showed that 21Shares and Grayscale have respectively submitted revised Ethereum spot ETF S-1 forms to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), neither of which disclosed the fee rate.
