Opened the Expected Site for the 3 Billion Dollar Altcoin Project Airdrop

Open source omnichain project LayerZero has opened the checkout site where you can see whether you can participate in the airdrop.

According to the information on the website of the LayerZero Foundation, which works to grow the LayerZero ecosystem, users participating in the airdrop will be able to receive ZRO tokens as of June 20.

At the time of writing, users can see whether they can participate in the airdrop using their Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Aptos addresses.

There will be a total supply of 1 billion

According to the statement of LayerZero CEO Bryan Pellegrino, the ZRO token will have a total supply of 1 billion.

It was stated that 23.8% of this was allocated to the LayerZero community and developers. This does not involve the LayerZero team and speaks directly to the community. Pellegrino stated that 8.5% of this will be distributed within the first day.

The remaining amount is planned to be distributed retrospectively within 36 months and the number of participants will be updated every 12 months.

In his statement today, Pellegrino said that the number of wallets eligible to participate in the airdrop was 1.28 million.

Received a valuation of $3 billion

LayerZero Labs announced last December that it planned to launch its own cryptocurrency.

In April, the company received a $120 million Series B investment from 33 investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, Christie's, Sequoia Capital and Samsung Next. The company subsequently achieved a valuation of $3 billion.

LayerZero is an omnichain protocol that allows easy transfer of messages between different blockchains.
