Binance will launch the VIP Rising Star Program. Ordinary users who participate in trading will have the opportunity to share 10 VIP+1 upgrade coupons and 20,000 USDT spot trading fee refund coupons.

How to participate:
Ordinary users who meet the following requirements can participate:
Click the [Join Now] button on the event page to participate;
During the event, the cumulative trading volume of Binance spot or futures market is greater than the cumulative trading volume in the previous 30 days; (i.e.: from 18:00 on May 20, 2024 to 07:59 on June 19, 2024 (GMT+8))
During the event, the total trading volume of the Binance spot market reaches at least US$700,000, or the total trading volume of the Binance futures market reaches at least US$10,500,000.
Awards and selection rules:
Binance will randomly select 10 winners, each of whom will receive a VIP+1 upgrade voucher; the other 20 winners will each receive a 1,000 USDT spot trading fee refund voucher;
Binance will select the winner based on the hash value of the BNB Beacon Chain block at 07:59 (ET) on July 19, 2024.
The top 10 qualified users whose Binance UID matches the above hash value the most times will each receive a VIP+1 upgrade coupon;
The next 20 qualified users whose Binance UID matches the above hash value the most times will each receive a 1,000 USDT spot trading fee rebate voucher;

Only ordinary users are eligible to participate in this event. Users who have joined the market maker program or referral program will not be eligible. Any trading volume recorded in the zero-fee event will not be counted in this event;
By participating in Binance (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms (the "Event Terms"). By participating in this Event, you agree to these Event Terms and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Award Event Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy. The above additional terms are incorporated into these Terms;
Eligible users need to click the [Register Now] button on the event page and complete identity verification to obtain reward qualifications;
The rewards will be distributed to eligible users within 14 working days after the event ends. You can view and claim them in Account - Reward Center;
The rewards are valid for 14 days after distribution. Users should claim the rewards before the expiration date. Learn about Binance Cards and how to redeem them;
After the user redeems the VIP+1 upgrade coupon, the highest VIP level can reach VIP 2. If the user's VIP level reaches VIP2 or above at the end of the event, the VIP upgrade coupon will not be obtained. Please visit the VIP rate structure or user center to view your current VIP level;
Binance reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who exhibits any signs of fraudulent behavior (e.g. wash trading, bulk account registration, self-trading, market manipulation, etc.);
Binance reserves the right to reasonably determine and/or modify or change these Terms and Conditions, the eligibility for the Prizes, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of taking any action for important reasons, including but not limited to:
changes in applicable regulations or policies;
obligations arising from laws or decisions issued by ordinary courts or public administrations;
rules to combat money laundering or the financing of terrorism;
Technical issues beyond Binance’s control;
It is necessary to protect users from potential losses;
