According to TechFlow, CleanSpark, one of the largest public Bitcoin mining companies in the United States by market value, plans to acquire a total of 60 megawatts of infrastructure in rural Georgia.

The company said it has signed definitive agreements to purchase five ready-made sites for $25.8 million in cash at an estimated cost of $430,000 per megawatt. The sites range in size from 8 megawatts to 15 megawatts, and the transactions are expected to close immediately.

CleanSpark plans to deploy the previously ordered Antminer S21 Pro, which is expected to add 3.7 EH/s of computing power after full installation.
