Today’s markets largely continued yesterday’s bearish momentum.
Bitcoin (BTC) fell below the $675,000 price level, while Ethereum (ETH) traded around $35,000.
Altcoins Solana (SOL), XRP, and meme coins fell 1-5%, and most other cryptocurrencies also saw price action trend down. However, Pepecoin (PEPE) bucked the trend and rose to become one of the top gainers today.
While total cryptocurrency market volume increased by 18.78% to $89.53 billion over the past 24 hours, the global cryptocurrency market cap fell by 1.77% to $2.44 trillion.
