The task of a large player is to buy at the accumulation stage and sell off at the distribution stage. It seems simple: buy at the bottom, sell at the high. But in reality everything is much more complicated due to manipulation.
An example on the crypto market. When a coin falls, no one needs it. Let's take the recent example of Aptos (APT). It entered the market at $7 and gradually fell to $2.9. While he was falling, everyone was shouting that it was a scam. But I, for example, convinced everyone to buy it for $3.5 and below. At this time, the news and social networks are full of negativity, experts say that it will fall to $1 and only then is it worth buying.
And suddenly a “miracle” happens: Aptos jumps to $6 in a couple of days, then to $10. The same experts are starting to say that if it stays at this level, then we should buy. The crowd starts buying and it jumps to $17-20. Everyone here is already sure that Aptos will cost $500, and they are starting to buy en masse for $17-20. But gradually it falls again and costs about $5 (and yes, I said to buy at $6.5 and below when I got into the area of interest again 😎).
This example is local, but at the global level everything is the same, only with greater distance and range. Why does a bear market change to a bull market? Because new money comes into the market, which is distributed between projects, and growth begins. The media is gradually starting to stir up interest, and attentive market participants are buying while others wait for the price to skyrocket. When there is only positivity in the market and everyone is buying at the peak, this is the surest sign that it is time to sell.
The market is pure manipulation. They sell you pants with a huge markup because you have been told that they are cool. The same thing happens with everything else.
