On June 10, Apple employees unveiled a set of generative artificial intelligence (AI) features called Apple Intelligence, which will appear in the operating systems (OS) iOS 18, iPadOS 18 and macOS Sequoia this year. One of the new options allows Siri to directly ask questions to the latest version of ChatGPT GPT-4o, but the user will first be asked for permission to communicate with the chatbot.

If Apple introduces OpenAI software into the OS, then Apple gadgets will be prohibited for use by employees of my companies. “This is an unacceptable security violation,” Elon Musk said indignantly.
However, social media users pointed out an error in Musk's judgment due to the fact that Apple has its own AI model that is different from ChatGPT. It will run by default, but in some cases, device owners will be able to resort to ChatGPT to get a response from a well-known chatbot.
