According to Foresight News, The Block cited sources as saying that US spot Ethereum ETF issuers submitted the first draft on May 31 and are still waiting for the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to comment on their S-1 documents. Issuers have been expecting the SEC to comment on these drafts on June 7. However, at least two issuers have not received any comments. A source said they now expect the comments to return this week.
