According to Odaily Planet Daily, LeverFi announced that the OmniZK development network will be upgraded to the test network on June 18, 2024 to support the growth and development of BTC DeFi. OmniZK provides a decentralized alternative to the centralized Bitcoin L2 that uses multi-signatures or institutional custodians to protect user assets. OmniZK provides support for a wide range of cross-chain Bitcoin use cases through native network settlement, including but not limited to: non-custodial BTC liquidity pledge, cross-chain Bitcoin DeFi market, decentralized asset bridge, and full-chain liquidity management.
