Worst-performing cryptocurrencies in history
And here are these cryptos:
1. TerraUSD ($USTC ) and LUNA - the stablecoin and its token collapsed to zero in May 2022, losing more than $40 billion in capitalization.
2. Bitconnect ($BCC) - the token of this financial pyramid depreciated by 99% after the closure of the project in 2018.
3. OneCoin ($ONE) - a pseudo-cryptocurrency that turned out to be a large-scale financial pyramid, has lost all its value.
4. PlusToken ($PLUS) - a token of a fraudulent scheme that collapsed 100% after the arrest of the organizers in 2019.
5. DigiByte ($DGB ) - one of the oldest cryptocurrencies has lost 99% of its value from its peak in 2018.
These cryptocurrencies performed the worst due to technical problems, fraud or loss of interest.
