Katlego Phatlane, better known as Katt Phatt, is a leading figure in digital design and lives in Funchal, Madeira. At his creativity centre, Katt Phatt Studio, he focuses on commercial and three-dimensional art while combining traditional art with modern digital techniques.

“I have fallen in love with Madeira during my many visits. I decided to move here because of its magical charm and the deep personal ties I have developed to the island.

In my artworks, I use wood patterns that reflect Madeira and Cristiano Ronaldo's unique life journey and their never-giving-up spirit. These artworks pay homage to the legacy of both the island and its famous son, as well as celebrating a determined spirit of renewal that defines both. 

“Through my art, I aim to honor these stories of overcoming adversity and growth, as well as creating a meaningful work for one of the greatest footballers of all time.”

Rodrigo Doin

Rodrigo Doin, whose cartoonish style is full of vibrant colours, energetic and with a good sense of humour, has become known for his strong inspiration from graffiti and urban art. Growing up in the midst of skateboarding and graffiti bands, music and audiovisual works, the artist has always been involved in the art world in various ways.

“I was born in Brazil, a country where football is like religion. I currently live in Portugal, where the passion for this sport is equally palpable. Experiencing this period with a global icon in the sports world like CR7 increases the excitement even more.

As an artist, I am fascinated by Cristiano Ronaldo's impact on society. Its influence goes beyond football, shaping our language, fashion and even our deepest motivations. "It is truly enlightening to observe his high performance and status as an idol in various fields."

John Sheehan​

After earning his bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, John initially chose the expected path of graphic design. However, something unexpected happened - John stumbled upon the world of football artists on Twitter. Their impressive portfolio, showcasing collaborations with top teams and brands, caused a light bulb to go off: I can do this!
