A total of 26,747 ETH were destroyed in May, equivalent to approximately US$91.7 million. Since the implementation of EIP-1559 in early August 2021, a total of 4.3 million ETH have been destroyed, equivalent to approximately US$12.11 billion. Ethereum NFT platform transaction volume decreased by 27.8% to US$344 million in May. In addition, compliant CEX spot transaction volume decreased by 22.5% to US$689 billion in May. Among them, Binance has a market share of 79.4%, Coinbase has a market share of 10.1%, Kraken has a market share of 3.4%, and LMAX Digital has a market share of 1.8%.
