BlackRock Updated Ethereum Files

BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, updated its files for Ethereum.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the 19b-4 filings for the spot Ethereum ETF last week.

BlackRock has filed an updated version of its S-1 filings with the SEC. S-1 files also need to be approved before the funds can enter the market.

According to the information announced by BlackRock, a seed investor purchased a total of 400 thousand shares at a price of 25 dollars per share. BlackRock also stated that the fund it will establish will be listed with the code ETHA.

According to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, issuers updating their S-1 filings is a positive development for the approval of Ethereum ETFs.
