The unspoken rules that no one will tell you about for old-timers in the office!

1. Don't be particularly close to someone or some people in the unit. Too close contact will often lead to conflicts quickly, and conflicts between close people will often ferment very seriously.

2. The best way to respond to being scolded, ridiculed, and mocked at the table is to stand up and toast the host and guest. If the host and guest scold you, toast the host. If the host and the host scold you, just use the excuse of going to the bathroom and never come back.

3. The unit is not a gang. Don't cling to a big leg or a relationship. You must have your own circle, especially when this big leg is not thick enough.

4. If you can push away the drinking party of internal colleagues, most of them are purely meaningless. Boasting. If there are two or more outsiders drinking at the table for the first time, drink half of the usual amount of alcohol.

5. Don't have a direct conflict with your direct superior. If there is indeed a conflict, talk to him in private and get straight to the point.
