[NiceHash holds the first Bitcoin conference to establish Maripol as a European cryptocurrency center]
NiceHash, the leading cryptocurrency hash rate marketplace, announces the launch of its first Bitcoin conference – NiceHashX – in Maripol. The event, which will take place on November 8 and 9, is an important milestone for the Slovenian company, which was founded in 2014 by two local students.
NiceHashX, dubbed the “Bitcoin Conference under the Alpine Sun,” aims to promote Maripol and Slovenia as an emerging hub for Bitcoin acceptance in Europe. With over 1,000 businesses across the country currently accepting Bitcoin payments, the conference will showcase the region’s vibrant ecosystem. The venue will have a dedicated stage showcasing Mariport businesses actively utilizing blockchain technology.

The conference invited a number of well-known speakers, including "Bitcoin Standard" author Saifedean Ammous and CASA Chief Technology Officer Jameson Lopp. Discussion topics include European Bitcoin acceptance and regulations, mining and energy consumption, etc.
Attendees can also look forward to an extensive exhibition area, multiple discussion stages and a range of side events including VIP dinners and live music. NiceHash will showcase its newly launched Bitcoin payment solution, facilitating seamless transactions with local merchants.
