Then we remove the url /vpn-restricted from the browser address and open https://claims.eigenfoundation.org/ again.

Note that if you find that it doesn't work again after a while, continue with the above process, but you need to click Cancel the URL request first, then Block the request, then remove the extra parameters of the URL, and refresh the page.
