According to Odaily Planet Daily, the European Commission said on Wednesday that it required Platform X to provide relevant information under the Digital Services Act, a groundbreaking law aimed at combating illegal and harmful content. The Commission expressed concern about a transparency report submitted by Platform X in March 2024, which showed that Platform X had cut its content review team by nearly 20% since October 2023. Therefore, Platform X must provide the relevant information required by the EU on its content review resources and generative artificial intelligence by May 17.
