I am not sure what halving will exactly do but it's only 5 hours left in the halving and it affected on BTC chart positively.
BTC has broken it's bearish trend on 4H TF and heading towards 67k - 70k
It's the first halving I'm facing so anything can be happen , I'm not sure that BTC will go as I'm saying but charts looks bullish according to my analysis.
