The last time ETH's bull market model was almost perfectly reproduced, this time we will reproduce BTC, Figure 1 is the 2014 bull market model of amgn Amgen Pharmaceuticals,
From the lower left of Figure 1, we can see:
①The beginning of the stage is a diffuse trumpet shape, which is a typical bull market characteristic K-line pattern, with a path of 12345
②The stage is the rising relay in the sideways adjustment area of path 5, and it starts to rise after a period of consolidation.
③The stage is pulled up to the resistance range, and the main rising wave is rising.
④The stage repeatedly tests the false support, and there is a rebound during the period.
⑤After testing the relay support, it starts to take off.
Figure 2 BTC directly applies the ①②③④⑤ stages of Figure 1, which is easy to understand.
Regarding the adjustment target of BTC in this period, the BTC price in the same period is about 52K±3k when the model is applied in stage ⑤.
The deep V retracement in stage ⑤ also meets the halving retracement conditions of BTC in history. The rise after the retracement may be due to the beginning of the expectation of interest rate cuts. The whole process is very long and requires patience.
Add plan b, because the timeline of BTC in this model is stretched, we may also be in the wide range of Figure 3. If the closing line falls below 60K, this assumption will be invalid, as shown in Figure 3
This model is a structural application, and the trend may not be exactly the same, but it still has reference value, because the economic cycle always cycles, human nature is always similar, so the structure will be similar, just like Wyckoff's accumulation and distribution model, and the wave theory are always so effective in the long run.
PS: This model is not suitable for contracts, because the trend during the period is ups and downs, with repeated rebounds, heaven and earth needles, etc., and it is more practical for spot accumulation reference.
