In an announcement released yesterday, the merger of agix, Fet, and Ocean has been approved by their token holders, paving the way for the creation of the $7.5 billion Alliance of Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) project. ASI is scheduled to officially launch on May 24.

ASI will replace the FET token with a total supply of 2.6 billion tokens. In addition, AGIX and OCEAN will be converted to ASI at a ratio of approximately 0.43:1. After the merger, the total value of ASI tokens will reach $7.5 billion.

ASI is currently focusing on three main areas of development: deployment of AI agents in commercial environments, advancements in neural symbolic language learning models (LLMs), and sharing and utilization of AI data. Sheikh highlighted their revenue generation plans, saying: "In the short term, revenue is expected to be generated when the agent network for deployment is launched. Near-term goals include launching a series of commercial products to bring AI applications to life."

Looking forward, ASI intends to further invest in its GPU infrastructure, which will support its commercial, computing, and data-related businesses. Fet recently launched a $100 million campaign to deploy Nvidia H200, H100 and A100 GPUs to create a platform that enables developers and users to harness the power of computing.
