I have learned a few lessons from the recent losses in buying Tugou:

1. Don’t go all-in: If you have 10,000U, only buy 500U, no matter how active the community is or how strong the endorsement is!

2. Buy on average: Only buy 500U for each dog. You can’t buy a few thousand just because you made money in the previous plate!

3. Don’t cut losses: From the moment you buy, treat the money as zero. No matter how it falls, never cut losses!

4. Don’t buy at the bottom: Buy 500U and it’s 500U. No matter how it falls, never buy at the bottom!

5. Don’t chase high: After buying, no matter how popular it is or how the price rises, don’t add to your position!

6. Don’t be greedy: No matter how optimistic you are, no matter how others brainwash you, sell half of your chips every time you double it!

If I do the above 6 points, I haven’t lost money in buying Tugou since last year, and I can still make a lot. I bought several local dogs and they all increased by dozens or hundreds of times, but I made money on this dog, and I invested heavily in the next dog, and ended up losing a lot of money.

Sometimes I saw it rise, thinking that I had encountered a golden dog, and I increased my position to chase the high, and then it started to fall after I chased it.

Sometimes I saw it fall, thinking that the opportunity had come, so I bought the bottom, and after I bought the bottom, it continued to fall, and I became a big investor while buying it
