If you are planning to work remotely in the future, I have some experience to share with you~

1/ Let me first declare a possible misunderstanding: #Web3 Remote working does not mean using Web3 tools

🔹The reason why I say this is because a few days ago I saw a blogger sharing a Web3 remote collaboration tool, which is roughly the kind of virtual space with various functions and color blocks embedded in it.

🔹In addition, someone used to recommend a social graph mind mapping tool to me.

📍I have personally experienced this type of tool, and my evaluation is: tasteless, bloated, and self-explanatory (of course, this does not refer to them all in general, but only to each of them).

2/Why is it said to be useless? In fact, this is a problem that many product managers will face: they may think that the product is very good, but they do not understand the market demand.

🔹It’s like many projects force some concepts to be decentralized, but in fact it is very inconvenient and complicated to use.

🔹The core of a good product must be simple, just like WeChat chat and WeChat voice

🔹The same applies to the use of tools for remote work. Obviously, traditional Internet tools have developed relatively mature tools over the years. Coupled with the promotion of the epidemic, the iteration of remote work tools has become faster and more in line with actual office needs. It is necessary to abandon the near and seek the far to seek novelties

📍Of course, I am not criticizing such tools, but I am adhering to an attitude: you can try tools, but in actual work, it is more efficient to use tools that everyone is familiar with.

3/Tool recommendation: In fact, as far as tools are concerned, Feishu, Graphite, Zoom or Tencent Conference are basically enough and can fully meet the various needs of online collaboration: communication, matter synchronization, and online meetings.

🔹Other tedious tasks will only waste work efficiency. The simpler the remote collaboration tool logic is, the better, not the simpler #WEB3

🙃That’s it for now, I’ll add more later if I think of it~
