๐Ÿ”ฅHot off the press! Binance's head of financial crime compliance, Tigran Gambaryan, pleads not guilty to money laundering charges in a Nigerian court. Despite Binance's claim that Gambaryan lacks decision-making power, the judge ruled he can be considered a company representative under Nigerian law.

Gambaryan and another Binance exec, Nadeem Anjarwalla, were detained in February over allegations of processing illegal funds and manipulating the Nigerian naira exchange rate. Anjarwalla escaped custody in March, and both have since filed a lawsuit against the Nigerian government for human rights violations.

The saga continues as Nigeria's FIRS and EFCC accuse Binance, Gambaryan, and Anjarwalla of tax evasion and money laundering. The Nigerian judge allowed the suit to continue despite Binance's plea.

What's your take on this? Does Gambaryan's position make him a representative of Binance? Share your thoughts below! ๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿ‘‡ #Binance #CryptoNews
