The Beijing city government has released a white paper to coincide with Hong Kong which has just updated regulations for digital assets. The released white paper outlines Beijing's vision in understanding the potential and challenges of Web3. It should be noted that Beijing allocates at least 100 million yuan or the equivalent of IDR 211.4 billion every year to support Web3 innovation.
