[Nansen integrates SportFi chain Chiliz and Ethereum to aggregate zkSync’s blockchain data]
Cryptocurrency analytics platform Nansen has announced an integration with Chiliz Blockchain and zkSync to provide users with the latest data and insights on SportFi and zero-knowledge proof technology. The integration, announced on March 28, provides crypto teams with a high-level overview of both ecosystems, allowing them to run custom queries to derive insights directly from raw data.
Nansen data reporter Martin Lee pointed out that this feature allows users to understand the daily active users on the chain, transaction data, and which entities and protocols receive the most attention. In particular, the Chiliz Blockchain – the proprietary blockchain on which fan tokens are licensed by the world’s leading sports teams and organizations – will receive an enhanced focus operating on the Socios platform.
Alexandre Dreyfus, CEO of Chiliz and Socios, believes that the partnership with Nansen will deepen the understanding of the Chiliz ecosystem and drive user adoption and growth of the SportFi ecosystem. Currently, the Chiliz blockchain has a total market capitalization of $1.2 billion and has attracted several major football clubs including Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
The Ethereum extension protocol zkSync, as one of the main zero-knowledge proof technologies in the ecosystem, handles more than one million transactions every day. Omar Azhar, head of business development at Matter Labs, said the integration with Nansen will bring value to the zkSync ecosystem and the broader Web3 space, providing actionable and easy-to-understand on-chain data.
Nansen is known for its wallet tags and blockchain analytics, with the company daily scanning nearly a byte of data from the various blockchains it monitors, providing valuable insights to builders, investors, and users. This collaboration not only deepens insights into the Chiliz and zkSync ecosystem, but also represents an important advancement in the understanding of SportFi and zero-knowledge proof technology.
