For my first post on #Binancesquare and on the occasion of the Ramadan 2024 festivities, I would like to share my questions about the relationship between cryptocurrency and Islamic financial law.
Under what conditions can we hold and speculate on virtual securities such as cryptocurrency?
In some articles it is explained that as long as the securities are not illegal (drugs, gambling, etc.) this would remain in compliance with Islamic financial law.
You could hold cryptocurrency like company shares are authorized as long as you do not practice trading, stacking and the investor has a long-term investment practice.
What is your opinion ? I would like to point out that this post is not for me but to guide certain Muslims who have questions and wish to invest in non-risky investments.
