According to Bloomberg analyst James Seyffarth, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will refuse to approve the Ethereum ETF on May 23.

Seyffart noted that there is a lack of necessary interaction between fund issuers and the SEC.

Analysts previously gave a 35% chance of ETF approval in May.
