On March 13, Bitcoin.com reported that El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele said that El Salvador’s Bitcoin holdings may exceed public estimates. Nayib Bukele revealed that in addition to capital gains on Bitcoin purchased since legalizing Bitcoin as El Salvador’s legal tender in September 2021, El Salvador has also generated Bitcoin-related income from various sources.
