Data recently shared by tracking platform Shibburn shows that as of yesterday morning, the Shiba Inu community has made significant progress in removing SHIB meme coins from circulating supply by locking them into dead-end blockchain addresses with no luck never withdraw or spend these SHIBs. .

Although the increase in SHIB burns is not significant, the amount of SHIB coins burned is quite impressive, numbering almost 400 million of them.

The aforementioned data source indicates that a staggering 386,077,185 SHIB meme coins were moved to “inferno” wallets in the last 24 hours by various SHIB enthusiasts and entities. All remain anonymous, according to Shibburn. Despite this large amount of coins being transferred to unusable wallets, the increase in burn rate was not that significant – only 29.22%.

The largest burn transaction here so far has been 272,886,442 SHIB. The second largest carried 99,674,355 Shiba Inu.

Over the past three days, the SHIB burn rate has demonstrated a breathtaking increase in percentage; the first showed an increase of 15,608%. As for the weekly increase, it constitutes 6,478% thanks to all the SHIB pieces burned during the last week.
