Runestone update

Block 832849 and the Runestone Mother Inscription were made in collaboration with @ordinalsbot and @MarathonDH.

This is all to reward an idea from the first year Ordinals community that I posted on Twitter 5 weeks ago. While others in the cryptocurrency space believed it was impossible to have modern Web3 use cases on Bitcoin, the Ordinals community kept pushing forward throughout the year.

Runestone's aspiration is to bring the world's top meme coin to the world's top blockchain, and to do this we believe it must be distributed for free to those who deserve it in the most fair and Bitcoin way possible Most without team distribution .
