Last 2021, Bitcoin reached an ATH of 60k++, during that time BNB also reached $600. At present, bitcoin has now reached 60k++ again but there's no sign of movement from BNB's side.
Here's my opinion on why BNB is still low despite bitcoin pumping.
That's because people are still waiting for bitcoin's retracement before fully investing in BNB. The anticipation that bitcoin might go down by 20% is what gives fear to people. My brothers, this year of crypto season is different from the previous years, the presence of ETF gave bitcoin an extra layer of protection from dumps. Despite BNB having a slow start this year, I am pretty sure that it will still reach a new ATH in the future, it's bullish on long term.
