The Montenegrin Ministry of Justice will decide whether Do Kwon will be extradited to the United States or South Korea.
✔️ The right thing to do is to extradite Do Kwon to his home country, South Korea, but we will see how persistent the US side will be.
💠 Either way, we think Do Kwon will be released on bail at worst.
Do Kwon was made to pay in some way and we don't think there will be anything more than that.
The main reason why we think about this is that Daniel Shin, the co-founder of TerraformLabs, was not punished as a result of the trial and TerraformLabs continues its activities.
✔️ In conclusion, Do Kwon was not the only one responsible for the collapse of #LUNA and #UST . Daniel Shin and his company TerraformLabs were equally responsible.
⚠️ Since they knew they couldn't punish Do Kwon; By inventing a different crime through Montenegro, investors were, in a way, relieved. These are our opinions on this issue.
