a16z’s former chief technology officer (CTO) Riyaz Faizullabhoy and chief information security officer (CISO) Nassim Eddequiouaq are launching an institution-focused cryptocurrency custody company. Prior to joining a16z, the two co-created the cryptocurrency custody infrastructure for Facebook's Novi (formerly Calibra) wallet.
