CZ stepping down as Binance CEO was something I didn’t expect. Originally, I thought that Lao America just wanted to extort a sum of money. Now it seems that Lao America’s appetite is definitely not the US$4 billion, but wants Binance to be his grandson. To be controlled by Lao Mei forever is Lao Mei's true purpose.
For investors, the most important number is #BNB . I feel that in this case, in this bull market, allocating more than 10% of funds in BNB is not a very wise choice.
There are several reasons.
① At present, the market value of bnb is already high. If you allocate more bnb, it is better to hold more btc and eth. Since the market value is high, the growth expectations are limited. Then it is better to allocate more funds to BTC or eth with high certainty.
②After cz nominally (or actually) leaves Binance, will Binance still be the original Binance in the minds of investors?
③cz’s compromise shows that Binance will definitely be more in line with US policies in terms of supervision, which is actually not conducive to the rise of BNB.
④ In terms of performance in the past year or so, Binance is not as innovative as OK, and it is not as favored as Coinbase, the American son.
For Binance, it is a huge test after cz steps down. The future development of Binance will determine whether Binance is still the first in the universe. Whether it still plays a decisive role in the currency circle. Is he still our God? In any case, I do not deny the contribution of Binance, cz and other colleagues to the currency circle. I still wish Binance well and hope that Binance can withstand this test.
