How would bitcoin ETFs work? ???

These would be bought and held at a certain value, then buyers and sellers would deal with it as in Binance-type exchanges. But it would have a less complicated way of buying and selling accessible to everyone without discrimination of countries except those that are prohibited from managing in this market.

These will no longer have to buy and store bitcoins on their own if they do not want to. They will be able to buy it through the fund that already fluctuates with the price of the token, replicating its price. They will not have the asset in their possession nor will they be able to guard it themselves.
