On February 15, Ethereum layer 2 solution provider Polygon finally announced a highly anticipated expansion update, with the beta version of its zero-knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine (zkEVM) mainnet scheduled to be released on March 27.
According to official reports, since the launch of the testnet in October last year, it has achieved many important milestones, including generating more than 75,000 zk proofs, deploying 5,000 smart contracts, and generating proofs for a large number of transactions at a cost as low as $0.06.
The official details of the mainnet Beta (test) version have not yet been officially stated, but the team said it will be announced in the next few weeks. #crypto2023 #Web3 #ETH
