According to TechFlow, on November 11, John Reed Stark, former director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Office of Internet Enforcement, expressed his views on the social platform X, calling on the SEC to suspend all cryptocurrency-related enforcement actions.

Stark suggested that the SEC dismiss or settle all ongoing cryptocurrency lawsuits and proposed that current SEC Chairman Gary Gensler should resign. He said that this suggestion is based on the current changes in the political environment and believes that the crypto market may usher in a new round of prosperity.
