Survey shows that more than half of American voters want presidential candidates to have knowledge of cryptocurrency

According to PANews, the latest Harris Poll survey shows that more than half of American voters want presidential candidates to have knowledge of cryptocurrencies, indicating the increasing importance of digital assets in the 2024 general election.

77% of respondents believe that candidates should understand innovative technologies such as encryption and artificial intelligence, and 56% said they would prefer candidates with knowledge of cryptocurrency.

Another survey by Grayscale noted that crypto voters could influence election results in key swing states, especially young and diverse groups of crypto holders.
