According to Foresight News, Eigenlayer has introduced the Babylon re-staking protocol Bedrock asset uniBTC. Holders of uniBTC will be eligible to receive Babylon points, Bedrock diamonds, and Eigenlayer incentives.
As Babylon Cap2 approaches, the Bedrock ecosystem is rapidly expanding and now supports nine public chains, including Ethereum, BNB, and Optimism. uniBTC has been integrated into several DeFi protocols such as Uniswap, Pendle, and SatLayer. On-chain data indicates that the total value locked in uniBTC has surpassed 516 BTC.
