According to Odaily, Swiss technology company FinalSpark has recently launched a program allowing scientists to rent cloud access to 'biocomputers' made from human brain cells for just $500 per month. The initiative aims to provide an efficient, low-energy solution to the escalating costs associated with developing artificial intelligence models. FinalSpark claims that computers made from organic materials could be up to 100,000 times more efficient than traditional silicon-based technology for training AI.

Fred Jordan, the founder of FinalSpark, stated that Neurospark is the only company offering computers made from human brain cell clusters, known as organoids, which can be accessed online. This innovative approach is expected to revolutionize the way AI models are developed, potentially reducing both time and financial investment significantly.
