According to TechFlow, Royal Bedford Football Club recently acquired 66.9 BTC at an average price of approximately US$67,220, with a total investment of approximately US$4.5 million.
The move increased the clubâs total Bitcoin holdings to 82.7 BTC, with a cumulative cost of approximately $5.37 million and the average purchase price falling to $64,925.
Club chairman Peter McCormack said 15.8 BTC will be used for football-related operating expenses, while the rest will be kept safely in the club's finances.
