According to ChainCatcher, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart once said that he and his colleagues believe that as the application process is improved, the spot Ethereum ETF may be launched around July 15. But now he expressed "lack of confidence" in launching the Ethereum ETF at this time, adding that there is currently no official approval timetable and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Corporate Finance is "taking its time" to approve each fund.

However, another Bloomberg ETF analyst, Eric Balchunas, believes that all signs point to an “Ethereum ETF still launching this month,” with Bitwise, for example, having been able to amend its application earlier than the July 8 deadline it and other applicants had expected.
