According to Foresight News, decentralized oracle API3 officially announced that it will cooperate with Caldera to launch the Oracle Extractable Value (OEV) Network powered by Arbitrum Orbit. API3 said that OEV Network is a Layer 2 solution designed to update oracle data through a dedicated order flow auction, supporting searchers to bid for valuable oracle updates (such as liquidations) without bribing block producers, and allowing their transactions to be confirmed by the main network first, and returning the auction proceeds to DApps in a programmable manner.
