According to Wu, BitDeer announced that it will put the first batch of Sealminer mining machines into data centers in June and started rigorous testing. The tape-out of the 14 J/TH SEAL02 chip has been completed, and the wafers are expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2024. BitDeer plans to deploy its own ASIC mining machines with a capacity of 3.4 EH/s to data centers in Texas and Tydal, Norway by the fourth quarter of 2024, and the total computing power is expected to reach 11.8 EH/s by the end of the year.
