According to Foresight News, the European Banking Authority (EBA) is currently recruiting market monitoring experts in the fields of cryptocurrency and digital finance, as well as policy experts in the area of crypto assets. The European Union's Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulations, which are specifically aimed at stablecoins, will come into effect on June 30. Meanwhile, the rules for cryptocurrency service providers are set to be implemented in December. The EBA's recruitment drive indicates a growing focus on digital finance and cryptocurrency within the European Union's regulatory bodies.
