According to Odaily Planet Daily, Japanese listed company Metaplanet has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in the British Virgin Islands to strengthen the strategic management of BTC assets. Previously, Metaplanet's directors had approved a plan to purchase Bitcoin worth approximately $6.25 million (1 billion yen).
