Altin Hoxha, head of the platform, said that CIDAP aims to promote innovation and rapid adoption of innovations that comply with all global regulatory regimes. The CIDAP platform is supported by an internal blockchain network and is designed to integrate with external DLT and other solutions. The multi-layer platform has platform services that support off-chain processing and a management user interface for configuration.
