According to Odaily Planet Daily, Paraguay plans to sell its excess hydropower to Bitcoin miners as part of its new economic development strategy. It is reported that Paraguay's Itaipu Hydroelectric Power Station is one of the largest hydroelectric power stations in the world, but its power generation capacity is only utilized by 20%.
