According to Odaily Planet Daily, the Web3 Foundation announced the launch of the second round of Decentralized Voices (DV). This time, 180,000 KSM and 42 million DOT voting rights will be delegated to ecological voters, including 10 Kusama representatives and 10 Polkadot representatives, which is an increase from the previous round. These representatives will receive DOT or KSM delegation for three months.
